The muscles in your feet need to be used almost (if not just as much or more!) than the ones in your hands!
There are many things you can do for your feet, but spending as much time barefoot is probably one of the best things you can do (go slowly if you’re used to bundling your feet up in those shoe-things!).
You can also do feet exercises!
Here are some simple things you can start with:
Toe extension and flexion control. Be able to differentiate your big toe from the rest of those piggies 🐷
Try lifting all your toes first.
Then try to just lift the 4 little ones separate from the big one and vice versa.
Then see if you can do them by command….

Practice these and see how your feet (and your back!!) feel afterward!
